Iphone 8 in dfu mode

An iPhone 8 auto in dfu mode...flash with iTunes error 9, try on 3utool stock at 11%..what am I to look at pls as I never came across issue like that b4...but I think if its nand its should at list reach 19% on 3utool

Figure out what happened to the phone first.  Second, do a visual inspection of the logic board.

@admin the owner said he off it at night before going to bed and try to put it on in the moning then it never power...he plug it to system and discovered it was in dfu mode..I have inspect it and no sign of damage or what so ever..meanwhile the phone is refurbished he bought it from eBay 2month ago before this happen now

@admin yes I said it earlier on my post..anyway I know the problem will be either processor, CPU or nand...I just said I should ask expert to direct me which angle is likely for me to look at first...but today I started from the simplest of it which is nand...I remove the nand and try to flash without nand and it stock at 19% with 3utools and gave error 4014 on iTunes which this confirmed to me that its nand.. I remove the nand  and reball then put back...I power phone it show apple logo trying to boot and went back to dfu mode...this confirm to me that its a bad nand...but unfortunately I don't have nand programmer for iPhone 8..so I have to return the job..
