A great service and value for your money. I hadn't heard of microsoldering before learning that my iPhone needed its... backlight filter repaired. I sent these guys a message detailing my problem and heard back from them within minutes. I sent them my broken phone through the post and within 2 weeks they returned it in working order and sent a follow-up message, confirming delivery. This is the best company they do quality work at a very reasonable price in a very timely manner. I have the old... iPhone 6plus and it had an issue with the touch screen a few years back and they fixed it right away with a lifetime warranty. I had to send it back last month, not only did they stand behind their warranty and fixed the issue free of charge but they also fixed some nagging issues with this phone very reasonably. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their phone repaired, very fair and honest!read more

My older iPhone 6s stopped turning on. I took it to the Apple Store hoping it was just the battery, and they said I... needed a new phone. I still had data on the phone that wasn't backed up, so I looked for alternatives. Mike was able to repair the phone and get it back up and running same-day! Such a lifesaver! One note, though: I also had the phone battery replaced (since might as well with the phone apart), but I had nothing but trouble with the one that was installed. It would go maybe a few hours before needing to be charged again and using anything GPS would drain 30%-40% in a matter of minutes. It only had a 2% charge when I got it, so I'm guessing it was sitting for a long time and killed the lithium ion. Maybe they don't have enough turnover on older batteries? Anyway, I recently replaced the battery on my own, and it is all well again. I'm willing to chalk that up to just bad luck, though.read more

I broke my iPhone SE while attempting a battery replacement. I found a video from microsoldering.com on Youtube that... described the same symptoms that I had as well as how the phone was damaged (pry damage due to trying to get the battery out from the wrong angle). Mike got me a quote within 2 hours of emailing him. He got the phone fixed in 4 business days, told me what the issue was, and then had the phone shipped back to me 2 business days later. So far my phone is working as expected. This was a great experience; a reasonably priced service with very quick turnaround. A big 👍up to Mike at MicroSoldering, after replacing a screen on a 6s myself, i managed to short something out. ... Thinking I destroyed the phone I went to youtube to see if there was anything I could do, the first video I watched was Mike fixing a phone with my issues. Quick service, great communication, an overall a wonderful experience. I mailed off my iPhone 7 to have the audio ic... replaced (iPhone Loop Disease). The service, including shipping both ways, took a week. After a week with a low cost Android phone, I'm glad to have my fast processor, fast wifi, and clear camera back. It was well worth the cost of repair to avoid shelling out $800+ for a new phone. After some Googling, I was happy to find it was a common, repairable issue, that was practical and cost effective to repair. Service and communication were excellent. My wife’s iphone 8 plus one day just went completely dead and did not respond to any charger, force restarts, another... screen or battery. We took it to apple and all they did was plug it to a laptop and said that the phone and data was lost forever and there was no repair... but they did say i can always buy a new iphone....After looking online for a long time i found this repair shop and the customer service is A++. Got my quote online and sent in for repair. In less than 24 hours the phone was fixed! My wife has all her pictures back that were never backed up! Such a relief from the anxiety that was giving us.
